Further to our phone conversation earlier today, I have received correspondence from QUB, confirming amongst other things their intention to release the information to you through their website:

rather than providing it directly to you.

 

The process now is for me to go back to QUB stating that you consider that the DN has not been complied with and ask them for their response to this. If the matter cannot be resolved informally with the authority, then the matter will be referred to our legal team who will consider taking formal action.
