I would like to update you again on your complaint.

I have now received a response from QUB under the EIR’s, which cites exceptions. I will make time to consider this submission early next week and then work on the draft decision notice. I regret this will probably run into April but I hope you understand the attention being given to the matters raised.

I will be in contact after Easter to update you again.
