I would like to update you regarding your complaint which I am now handling.

 

Following your last conversation with my colleague Nicola Bell I have reviewed the complaint file. As a result and following discussions with QUB I have inspected the information and sought a response from the university under the Environmental Information Regulations. The response is due by the end of this week and shortly thereafter I will call you to discuss the relevant next steps.
