I am writing to confirm that your appeal against a decision of the University’s Information Compliance Unit has, in accordance with the procedures, been passed to me for review.    As some of the individuals involved are currently on leave or at conferences it will take a little time to complete the process but I will communicate my decision to you no later than 30 September 2007.
